CHAMPION BUSINESS SERVICES Administrative Support in WHITEMAN AIR FORC, Missouri

Primary Purpose of PositionTo provide assistance with the Plans and Programs Flight Government Purchase Card (GPC) program and relatedtasks to include but not limited to GPC issuance, training, and surveillance. Aids Unit Training Manager (UTM)in core functions at a support level. Additionally, performs administration related to UTM role.Duties:To provide assistance with the Plans and Programs Flight Government Purchase Card (GPC) program and related tasks to include but not limited to GPC issuance, training, and surveillance. Aids Unit Training Manager (UTM) in core functions at a support level. Additionally, performs administration related to UTM role.Business RelationsThe individual shall successfully integrate and coordinate all activities needed to execute the requirement. The individual shall manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification. The individual shall provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management ofsubcontractors. The individual shall seek to ensure customer satisfaction and the professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel. The individual shall establish clear organizational lines of authority andresponsibility to ensure effective management of the resources assigned to the requirement.Individual shall also be required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) to access the AF networkand base access (AFFARS 5352.242-9001).Specific RequirementProvides assistance to the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Agency/Organization Program Coordinator(A/OPC).- Aids with collecting required training documents and drafting letters- Aids with preparing training material for GPC cardholders and approving officials- Aids with maintaining administrative paperwork, electronic files, telephone and e-mail correspondence- Aids with surveillance of accounts for accuracy and program compliance- Assists Unit Training Manager with Air Force Training tasks:- Aids Career Development Course (CDC) issuance and tracking for completion- Aids manager in preparing training products and programs- Aids manager in training meeting notes, schedules, and taskingsSpecial RequirementsIndividual shall present a neat appearance and dress in a professional manner as is reasonably expected in a professional office setting. The individual shall wear appropriate security badges, line badges, identification, and/or name tag as required by the squadron's security procedures where performance takes place.Individual shall be responsible for safeguarding all equipment and supplies provided for contractor use at the level required by their classification and clearance level.Education/ExperienceIndividual must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Government Purchase Cardholder or Government Purchase Card Approving Official (AO) or higher level approving official (Agency or Organizational, etc.) within the last ten years. Must be familiar with Air Force Development Training and Air Force CDC Process. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook. US Citizenship required.
