Senior Manager, Consulting Services - ERP Supply Chain
Cerner's ERP Implementation is hiring a Manager, Lead Consultant to both manage a team of ERP Supply Chain consultants as well as lead client-facing implementations of ERP in the healthcare setting. You will consult with ERP clients and deliver consulting services, along with managing cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve service line and project strategic vision. You will promote ERP and Supply Chain workflow optimization across service lines and create strategic plans with clients to obtain value achievement across the ERP platform The Lead Consultant acts as an advisor in complex sales processes to assist with accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours; drive associate growth and development via proactive support and coaching of internal team members; and drive organizational initiatives.
As a Manager, you will have people management responsibilities that include seeking to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard, and facilitate a plan for resolution. You will delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed. You will lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and the team. At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
7 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
3 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
2 years ERP experience – Oracle preferred
2 years healthcare ERP experience/exposure
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
Willing to travel up to 60% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must currently reside within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
