As a Consultant, you will be working with our clients to deliver consulting services. Our consulting services consist of working with clients on service line workflow and helping guide them through design decisions, providing solution oversite and expertise, as well as driving client-specific solution configuration to meet workflow requirements. Professional communication and client relationship building is key to this role. You will apply your in-depth client and solution knowledge while serving as the first escalation point to investigate and resolve routine/non-routine client problems and provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of software implementation work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience
At least 3 years of client relationship building experience
At least 3 years of revenue cycle experience
At least 3 years of government consultanting experience
Expectations
Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
Must live with 60 miles of an international airport
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
