FV Services, Inc. Janitor, Full Time in Sunset Hills, Missouri
Working in accordance with established policies and procedures and/or specific instructions from the senior housekeeper, the janitor is responsible for floor care projects, public area cleaning and trash disposal as assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Job Duties:
Maintains floors and carpets within the Village.
Picks up and removes trash from trash rooms, offices, and other locations within the Village.
Cleans all public areas.
Check in Housekeeping deliveries.
Other Duties:
Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
Provides input and feedback to Housekeeping Supervisor on weekly basis regarding status of projects, areas needing attention, etc.
Maintains housekeeping storeroom in a clean and orderly condition.
Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required.
