Aspen Dental Smile Advisor in St Peters, Missouri
The Smile Advisor will act as a patient advisor to consumers seeking clear aligner treatment in one of our Aspen Dental branded dental practices.
Deliver an exceptional consumer experience from before the appointment throughout a patient’s clear aligner journey.
Be the face of our clear aligner brand, explain our product, and guide customers through timelines and expectations.
Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile.
Use cutting edge technology to create a 3D scan of a consumer's teeth and level 3D printing technology to get them started on their journey.
Help our consumers select the best payment plan for their budget.
Educate patients on clear aligner treatment.
Partner with the dental team to ensure all patients in the dental office are made aware of clear aligners as an option to improve their oral hygiene and smile.
Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
Physical Requirement: Mostly walking, talking, standing, and updating information in computer systems.
Dental Assisting Certificate and/or 1+ year of hands on dental experience a plus.
Sales and Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail sales setting.
Have confidence when presenting our product and accurately addressing a customer’s questions and concerns.
Excited and passionate about transforming smiles and making an impact.
Fun and positive personality while being professional and eager to succeed.
Self-motivated and independent, but also open to learning.
Proven success and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software.
Open-minded and optimistic as we continue grow and innovate.
Credentialing differs from state-to-state and additional certifications could be required as a qualification for this job.
