World Wide Technology Systems Administrator in St. Louis, Missouri
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Associate degree or above related to Computer Science/Information Systems and at least 2 years of technical working experience OR at least 3 years of technical working experience
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server
Strong overall technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or Engineering
3+ years of customer facing support work or technical experience
Familiarity with the principles, methods, and techniques used in enterprise level development and administrative software – Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, SQL, FTP, VMware
Specific software includes, but is not limited to:
Ansible,VMware, Exchange, Cisco (DNA, ISE), AWX, Docker
Familiarity with Agile principals and methodology
Moderate amount of Ansible or similar automation tool experience
Experience with a ticket system such as Service Now or like system
