Senior Multimedia Specialist

Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance Required - No Sponsorship

Position Objective:

Create and edit geospatial products and programs, utilize programs such as Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, HTML5, ArcGIS, FTP, Google Chrome DevTools, Microsoft Internet to move applications to a cloud environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively use applications such as the Adobe Production Premium Suite with a strong emphasis on Flash, Dreamweaver.

  • Write and manipulate HTML, XML, KML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScript.

  • Strong developing and authoring skills in Adobe Flash, excellent user interface design, strong concept of database or SQL statements, visual communication techniques, and programming techniques.

  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly and concisely communicating work status, methods, instructions, problems, requirements, options, and concerns, with team members, managers and customers.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 10 years of work experience

  • Knowledge and expertise in development of rich interactive multimedia products and electronic publishing tradecraft.

  • Extensive experience with commercial electronic publishing applications-Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Flash, Adobe Flex, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat; structured authoring software.

  • Expertise with Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Director. Expertise with video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Macromedia Flash Video Encoder.

  • Expertise in system applications, database designs, database programming, and networking skills.

  • Ability to incorporate audio, video, graphics, and textual data to create highly advanced presentations.

  • Demonstrate skills using the Adobe Production Premium Suite with a strong emphasis on Flash, Dreamweaver.

  • Expert in writing and manipulating HTML, HTML5, XML, KML, CSS, JavaScript, and ActionScript.

  • Strong developing and authoring skills in Adobe Flash, excellent user interface design, strong concept of database or SQL statements, ability to lead projects, excellent customer service and oral communication, quality assurance, visual communication techniques, and programming techniques.

  • Possess familiarity with map software such as Curious World Maps and/or GlobalMapper to develop cartographic products for use within multimedia products.

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass background investigation and security clearance
