The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial leadership to key internal stakeholders and managing $80M in annual revenue. This revenue stream supports a dynamic business environment characterized by rapid growth and an evolving marketplace. This role is responsible for conducting financial analyses in one or more of the following Centers of Excellence (COE): Human Resources, Legal, Data and Analytics, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Prepare and analyze financial forecasts. May be assigned analyses in support of organizations annual budget process, expense/staffing forecasts, or reporting.Provide proactive insightful financial analysis to enable the COE to reach its short- and long-term strategic and financial objectives. Occasionally interface with senior management to deliver financial information in a concise and meaningful manner to foster effective decision making such as analysis of business trends/scenarios and key drivers, development of management reporting to analyze monthly financial data and key metrics.Participate in value-added planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Adhoc reporting and analysis as required, while prioritizing tasks and organizing work to meet deadlines and delivery of quality results.Provide business analysis and other financial metrics to deliver increased transparency with the financial data in the respective COE. Candidates should be familiar with core accounting and finance principles, be effective communicators to both financial and non-financial audiences in a high pace environment. Given the dynamic nature of the business, candidates must be strong self-starters that can proactively identify and resolve emerging issues. Learn Equifax's products and customer markets in order to drive new insights and metrics to enable opportunities of revenue growth.Skilled in relationship building and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Learn and apply business principles in areas outside of Finance, such as Sales, Data and Analytics, Technology, and Operations in order to perform the job successfully.Qualifications:Bachelors degree required, in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
