Cigna Senior CRM Application Development Manager in St. Louis, Missouri
CRM experience desired, not required. The Senior Manager lead a team of Salesforce and Apttus developers, overseeing multiple instances of Salesforce. This role will focus on standing up and evolving our Salesforce platform, developing and growing our Salesforce footprint across the enterprise. Salesforce is a new technology for this enterprise with a lot of interest in adoption. This position will oversee implementation of new feature and functionality, integrations to downstream systems, and building out our Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management tool. This person will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. The team will include up to 5-6 Engineering teams, Production Support and Quality Automation teams.
- Leading CRM or package based application integrations
7+ years leading application development initiatives with a consistent track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional projects
Working with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions
Implementing solutions that adhere to platform best practices including integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex code and data migrations.
Building platforms or leading cross-team initiatives
Driving technical discussions and decisions while guiding the team to achieve important goals together
Understanding of the value derived from deploying code rapidly to production and learning/iterating on the results
Coaching developers, helping them improve their skills and grow their careers
Leading development work streams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other team members and cross enterprise
Assisting together with project leadership the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and the setting of realistic development schedule
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks
