Accenture Sales Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Description:

The Sales Analysts are meaningful roles in the Accenture sales structure. This is the moment in your career where you will learn the “what” and “how” that leads to becoming a complex deal shaper enabling transformative value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Origination support for C-Suite pitches

  • Leverage Accenture’s Value Insight Platform to build indicative business cases to support the business proposition

  • Scan all public data and work with Accenture client team to develop point of view on client business priorities

  • Map client business priorities and challenges to what Accenture does to create a point of view on art of the possible and associated value

Pursuit Management Support

  • Sales strategy creation, message house, win theme development and key buying events

  • Manage action items, coordinate key events with client and escalate issues to Sales Lead

  • Integrate outcomes from work streams: solution, pricing, legal, commercial, proposal management.

  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems

  • Sales lead on smaller opportunities, Second Chair on larger opportunities

  • Manage internal approvals prior to client submissions

  • Negotiations and Closing support

  • Draft Statements of Work

  • Manage deliverables for contracting

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline such as Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar

  • Expert in MS Office and collaboration tools

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Business/sales/program management experience or internship experience

  • Consulting, Strategy, or Technology experience

    Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Calm under pressure

  • An avid learner that wants to develop into senior sales practitioner

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills
