What You’ll Do
90% – Daily Essential Functions
Manage a construction web-based software that allows project stakeholders to work and collaborate from anywhere on construction documents
Manage accounting system to include invoice approval, contract/change order entry
Create and issue construction documents to include contracts, change orders, master service agreements, task orders and manage RFIs, submitting, and certificates of insurance
Manage the sales force system for project data to include creating and maintaining project data electronically through all stages of the project
Receive visitors at the front desk, answer and channel incoming calls, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and all other administrative tasks assigned
10% – Everything Else
- Collect draw submissions for bank review to include General Contractors pay applications and lien waivers

What Experience/Skills You’ll Need
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
Advanced level skill set using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Writer
Experience using Google Applications, DocuSign, Yardi and PlanGrid
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsible attitude, confidence, autonomy, productivity and the ability to case ahead and find what will be due
Ability to work with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities
Results driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
