Cigna Product Management Advisor in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Summary

The primary job responsibility of the Product Management Advisor is to execute compliant solutions and support functions for the Express Scripts Medicare plan. This position will assume the lead audit role for the Express Scripts Medicare plan. The audit lead will support document requests and final submission of information for financial audits, bid audits, data validation audits, claim audits and CMS program audits. This role will interact with all levels of management along with government officials.

The Product Management Advisor will conduct oversight of Medicare operational functions to ensure compliance with Medicare regulations. This position is also responsible for monitoring internal processes to optimize the member experience. The Product Management Advisor will compile monitoring results and report outcomes to internal partners.This individual will create various reports for leadership, detailing monitoring results, identification of trends, as well as recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit support

  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of compliance activity

  • Reviewing current Medicare regulations and rules

  • Documenting internal policies and procedures

  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving compliance concerns

  • Communicating Medicare regulations to internal partners

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

  • Communicating across departments to ensure alignment of goals

  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in Medicare operations and regulations

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Problem solving and resolution skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience
