PPD Patient Service Administrator in St. Louis, Missouri

We are seeking a Patient Service Administrator to join our site in St. Louis, MO!

The main purpose of the Patient Service Administrator is to contribute to recruiting, engaging and retaining the patients at the site through accurate and quality data input to the database system (Clinical Conductor / synergy) and site database as well as pulling reports from the database of possible eligible patients to be contacted for a study.

  • Accountable for ensuring high standards of Patient Service to ensure outstanding patient experience in relations to communication, information and engagement with patients

  • Promote Synexus through effective communication, body language and pleasant manner

  • Review that data are complete and accurate for entry into Clinical Conductor (Synergy)

  • Accurate and quality data input to Synergy and site database

  • Maintain and update Synergy and database with patient questionnaires / lab results

  • Actively support recruiting initiatives and actions by searching the database for eligible patients

  • Telephone contact with patients to up-date the collected data and retain

  • Take care and maintain the order and safety file/store room

  • Attention to detail, self-validation and quality control and operational compliance check as required

  • Identify potential adverse events/ serious adverse events and escalate to clinical team immediately

  • Quality Issue reporting

  • Follow the SOP/COPs and rules and regulations of the company.

  • Competent to understand and apply rules and regulations form ICH GCP and other regulatory and ethical guidelines

  • Ensure self-development and continued service improvement

  • Be up to date with Safety and Quality Management System reading and have adequate knowledge of all company COP & SOP to ensure correct implementation

  • Any other duties as assigned

  • An Associate's degree or higher and a minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Data entry experience is preferred.

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Appropriate MS Office skills, word, excel with the ability to create documents

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail

  • Accept ownership of mistakes and errors and rectify

  • Highlight issues which could improve the efficiency and processes

  • Ability to work to time lines and follow instructions.
