HIRING FOR FULLY REMOTE MECHANICAL CLAIMS SPECIALIST- MUST HAVE HANDS ON MECHANIC EXPERIENCE
-Answer inbound calls from repair centers and customers/contract holders
-Answer phone inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and terms
-Adjudicate and authorize claims within your dollar limit authority
-Read, understand and apply contract language
-Manage Work-Flow — Process and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures
A Mechanical Claims Adjuster is responsible for authorization of vehicle service contract claims for covered breakdowns. This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair claims and to accurately determine coverage and liability based on the reported fact scenario. You will be measured on your ability to provide accurate benefit and adjustment amounts on claims and reach fair and efficient claims resolutions while managing costs in accordance with policies and procedures.

(2) Experience working at a service center (Such as car dealerships or body shops like Auto zone, jiffy lube, discount tire, advanced auto parts fire stone, etc).
(3)Claims experience at a similar company (Such as Protective Claims, Warranty Group, AGI, Aon, All State, American Warranty Group,Guardian, etc.)
-Communication skills (email and phone)
Preferred that they have experience within the automotive industry
