What You’ll Get to Do:
Participate in the management of current knowledge management practices as well as design knowledge distribution products and encourage use of the new practices
Analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management practices and evaluate impact across multiple metrics
Interact with the team members, team managers and the clients. Act as a resource to answer the queries of the clients and staff about the information and knowledge management products and practices
Utilize the information and knowledge base resources and assist in the education and training of staff and clients in organizational information and knowledge management tools
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
Must have 2+ years demonstrated experience
Must be proficient in metrics identification, analysis and data visualization and reporting.
Must have experience with content, library, and data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 system and applications including SharePoint workflow and app development (preferably with PowerApps and PowerBI), library configuration and user interface design.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; coordinating resources and ensuring scheduled goals are met.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to interact with various levels of senior management is necessary.
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems effectively.
Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities
