Enterprise Holdings Financial Systems Analyst - Enterprise Fleet Management in St. Louis, Missouri

Overview

Enterprise Fleet Management has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Systems Analyst! This position will work closely with the Financial Systems Team to provide troubleshooting and system support for the EFM operating groups, as well as the Corporate departments within EFM. The Financial Systems Analyst will also partner with Information Technology to develop & test applications used to support Enterprise Fleet Management (EFM). The position will have responsibilities to develop and maintain policies, procedures and best practices.

Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19. When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will remain flexible and offer opportunities for on-site and work from home options. The office is located at 9315 Olive Blvd.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for all Fleet Management accounting systems, including PeopleSoft and EDGE

  • Perform functional testing, including calculations, page links, input and output, to ensure expected results are achieved

  • Serve as contact for incoming Service Now communication, ad hoc requests and technical issues from field contacts and other EFM departments

  • Analyze system issues/errors, determine best course of action to resolve problem and involve necessary parties for resolution

  • Perform regular PeopleSoft maintenance, including queries, reports, chartfields, nodes, trees, etc.

  • Serve as a business partner to the group and other corporate departments

  • Interpret, develop and revise accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance

  • CPA preferred

  • 4 or more years in Accounting, Finance or Financial Systems work

  • 3 or more years of Coupa software support and/or implantation experience

  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
