Job Description:

The Finance and Accounting (F&A) Operations Analyst provides support to throughout the life cycle of our Outsourced North America F&A deals and clients. The primary areas of support and project for this role include but are not limited to business development, client orals, due diligence, knowledge transfer, service recovery, process improvement and red journey customer support. Projects will span across all the various Finance and Accounting towers (R2R, P2P, OTC, FP&A).

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing subject matter expertise across the various F&A towers (R2R, P2P, OTC, FP&A) throughout the various stages of the deal life cycle• Create, update and review standard operating procedures and develop job aids to ensure high quality delivery• Create and execute knowledge transfer plan (onshore / offshore) to support solid transition.• Perform data entry, analysis and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in resolving issues/problems.• Anticipate, identify, and assess complex issues/problems and bring to the attention of the manager along with remediation plan of action to bring the situation to resolution• Evaluate standard operating procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation• Work with client delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual service level obligationsTravel:• Must be able to travel up to 50% (once travel restrictions are lifted)Schedule:• Flexibility to support client projects across different zones

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ financial accounting experience• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer facing operations environment• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with ERP system

Preferred Qualifications:

• Functional expertise one or more finance areas (P2P, R2R, OTC, FP&A)• University Degree in business, financeProfessional Skill Requirements:• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint• Knowledge of GAAP’s, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
