Plan, design, manage and measure the success of entry level recruiting projects
Execute full life-cycle campus and entry level recruiting
Develop creative hiring and candidate sourcing approaches in conjunction with client and Accenture subject matter experts
Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
Extend and negotiate offers
Communicate results and organize start dates with candidate
Use Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
Attend career fairs, events and conferences
Deliver results with little supervision to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
Learn, articulate and sell our offerings, culture and business initiatives
Develop and nurture a pipeline of Recruiter talent
Here's what you need:
1 year of recruiting experience or consulting experience
Bonus points if you have:
Strong relationship management skills
Technical recruiting experience
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
