Ascension is HIRING a Director of Technology- Program Execution for Data Integrations

This role will design and lead the program operations strategy for initiatives related to data integrations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Portfolio and Program Mgmt, the position will lead all aspects of program operations, ensuring the team and processes are structured to support the growing enterprise data integration programs portfolio.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities -

  • Partner with Digital Studios, Healthcare application/platform, software engineering and the relevant business functions to define and prioritize a portfolio of high impact programs and projects.

  • Champion, build and drive large strategic and complex projects to achieve the intended impact in a timely manner

  • create resource strategies that align with budgeting parameters while maintaining and elevating program delivery standards

  • Lead in a highly matrixed environment with cross-functional teams of functional data specialists, Architects, Software engineers, external partners, etc.

  • Collaborate with the PMO and Portfolio managers to execute on the priorities, pragmatically build a roadmap to deliver programs

  • Oversee and track program budgets in collaboration with project managers and finance. Recommend budget reallocations/adjustments as required

What You Will Need


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data management and/or digital health space for product/project and program management

    -Experience in product management and leadership experience to design and execute on high impact data integration projects / platforms

  • Proven project leadership in complicated context, able to influence and engage the strategic and technical partners

  • Budget development and analysis

  • Management experience with the ability to coach and develop talent

  • Strong business acumen; decision making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven track record of partnership and leading in a matrix organization

  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and written skills
