What You Will Do
As a part of the Marketing and Communications team, the CRM Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the management, implementation and performance of CRM campaigns. The coordinator will help build, test, deploy and measure data-driven campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Primary campaign responsibilities include setting up measurable cross-channel and cross-platform CRM marketing journeys that might include email and SMS marketing, call center, personalized content delivery, ad serving and other tactics/channels. The ideal candidate will have previous Salesforce experience, is driven by results, has a strong attention to detail and enjoys collaborating for optimal campaign performance.
Responsibilities
Build, test, deploy CRM marketing campaigns as standalone campaigns and as part of multi-channel journeys with a high-level of accuracy
Leverage multiple tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and implement successful campaigns
Collaborate with marketing strategy and marketing campaign performance teams to execute and measure A/B and multivariate test strategies to increase engagement including messaging and templates
Recommend and deploy CRM-testing strategies to continuously optimize response
Partner with CRM lead and the marketing campaign performance team lead on regular delivery of CRM marketing campaign performance analysis
Assist with intake, execution and delivery of analytics projects. Ensure on-time execution and clear communication of results and recommendations.
Conduct deep dive analysis on customer behavioral data to identify key insights that drive business value
Drive efficiency in analysis and insights gathering through new tools, approaches and processes
Support customer data projects and analytics vendor relationships
Work with CRM and IT teams to maintain customer data and GDPR compliance
Identify gaps in data sources, hygiene and data collection. Partner with IT to ensure confidence in data accuracy.
What You Will Need
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, operations research, IT, information systems or similar
2+ years work experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in analytics (preferred) with an emphasis in marketing, CRM, loyalty, web, mobile, social or digital
Understanding of CRM and email marketing journeys required (Salesforce experience preferred)
Analytics experience preferred
Skills
Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and quantify impact of opportunities with limited data
Ability to learn new programs/software and skills quickly
Proficiency in database software required
Self-motivated and driven
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and solve problems quickly
Meticulous and task-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
