Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Project Manager, Program Management Office in our Saint Louis, MO location.

Job Overview:

Come make an impact on Perficients Enterprise Program Management team. This position will provide project leadership and change management support to key enterprise wide initiatives that are enabling the growth of a global organization. This includes partnering with business and technical leaders in delivering operational improvements, change readiness, and governance. Additionally, the Project Manager role will be a key partner in establishing PMO tools, templates, and supporting materials. Successful candidates will be self-starters who are able to adapt project management approach and style to needs of the initiative and team. In addition, successful candidates will need to be highly organized with strong business analysis, consulting, and facilitation skills.

  • Lead the delivery of change initiatives within Perficient’s internal operations – including stakeholder assessment, develop and implement change strategy, and measure adoption.

  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and operational teams to grow business, process, and understanding of the colleague experience in support of change implementations.

  • Partner with internal communications to develop relevant communication plans and deliverables (i.e. videos, bulletins, e-mail, newsletters, etc.)

  • Partner with the training team and subject matter experts to develop support materials including job aids, web based training, and instructional materials.

  • Produce key project management deliverables such as project charters, project plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, change management plans, etc.

  • Serve as a key member of the solution delivery team by facilitating requirements/design sessions, identifying process change and impact, and producing deliverables.

  • Ensure monitoring of progress against all projects is timely and accurate

  • Ensure sponsors and stakeholders have visibility and sufficient information to make required decisions.

  • Partner in defining and implementing necessary processes and tools to support adoption of PMO administration across the enterprise including the creation of templates and training materials.

  • Bachelor’s- degree (MBA and/or PMP preferred)

  • Demonstrate experience managing both large and small scale projects.

  • 5+ years of experience working with clients in a consultative manner to solve business problems using technology and data-driven techniques

  • Three or more years of experience with change management planning and delivery of technology adoption, process change, culture initiatives in a corporate environment.

  • Develop a detailed understanding/awareness of the workflows and processes that take place within Perficient business areas; leverage that knowledge to provide informed recommendations to business stakeholders.

  • Ability to evaluate and develop efficient and effective operational processes.

  • Ability to think strategically.

  • Proven conflict management skills and professionalism.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels within an organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with design thinking

  • Experience with different project methodologies and disciplines Waterfall, Agile, Change Management, Lean)

  • Experience in the professional services industry.
