This position will allow remote within the US or any Ingenio location preferred: (Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Las Vegas, NV / Louisville, KY / Mason, OH / Minnetonka, MN / Morristown, NY / St. Louis, MO / Virginia Beach, VA / Wallingford, CT)
Translates basic business needs into application software requirements.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software.
Responsible for collecting business requirements to implement clinical programs to support project management and all aspects of such.
Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.
Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.
Requires a BS/BA degree
3-5 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of data models.
Ø Experience working with Agile projects.
Ø Proficient with Jira, Visio. MS Office Suite.
Experience with STARS ratings
