Summer Intern, Actuarial - Wealth Practice (St Louis, MO Office Position)

Job Summary: Works on a variety of client service projects under the supervision of more experienced consultants and with appropriate client contact. These services include actuarial calculations, data analysis and special projects, all at the level appropriate to the individual’s knowledge and experience.
Key Job Responsibilities/Job Description:
Completes cost estimates and data analysis with minimal guidance from manager
Prepares financial exhibits, data, letters, presentations and other client deliverables
Collaborates with team on projects and workflow including training
May attend client meetings with consultant
Special projects or assignments as instructed by manager
Working towards a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
On the SOA Exam track
3.0 grade-point average preferred.
Preferred to have passed one SOA exam
Job Profile Information / Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to perform job:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to grasp and familiarize oneself with actuarial terms and concepts.
Strong math and computer skills.
Superior attention to detail and organization skills.
Ability to work on a team.
