Staples Account Services Administrator (PA) / Book N Go in St Louis, Missouri
Responsible for working closely with the Program Manager and to coordinate the implementation of managed Book N Go programs and to communicate the program requirements at a detail level. Supports Account Services Managers in the development & execution of all Book B Go/client collateral and platform initiatives.
Supports the Account Services Manager (ASM) in maintaining client relationships, working in partnership with the field sales organization, while supporting internal ASM for accounts. Promotes teamwork, accountability and strong communication within the department and across support teams that they work with.
Working with the ASM responsible to ensure Book N Go programs meet targeted expectations for sales forecasts, projected margins, SKU accuracy, and participates in the forecasting and budgeting process for their accounts. This position will shadow ASM’s in internal management of projects, adding adequate information to logs accurately, and overall customer service.
In addition, this position maintains ongoing knowledge of internal systems & processes, addresses operational procedures relative to client requirements. This position supports the development and distribution of client related and internal reporting needs.
Supports the team in coordinating and communicating information relevant to Book N Go opportunities, database population, and project file editing. Involved heavily in proofing sku’s, product information and executing logistics.
Supports the ASM by assisting with activities related to client Book N Go’s, including margin review, pricing, sku development, working with internal departments to complete processes and purchase orders, and thoroughly following through with customers inquiries after the site is closed.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum two years of account executive, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing or related business experience
2-4 years of related experience
Strong “business” communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions
Maintains a high degree of professional acumen while developing skills in salesmanship and managing difficult relationships
Strong ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines
Strong demonstrated project management skills; formal training desired
Emerging skills in the area of “strategic business sense”, including marketing strategy, pro-active ideation, profitability awareness and analytical skills
Requires a self-motivated and energetic personality
Flexibility to travel when necessary based on account needs
Requires Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
