Description:

McDonald's hires many people to ensure that operations run smoothly and that customers are satisfied. One of these positions is that of a 2nd Assistant Manager who is responsible for providing support of the manager's work. The 2nd assistant manager will ensure that all aspects of operating a McDonald's restaurant are coordinated and that there are no issues that will affect either the staff or customers.

A 2nd assistant manager will have a to display exceptional leadership qualities, be responsible for a huge part of the restaurant operations and know all about customer services. You will need to be well organized and highly driven to ensure quality of food service and delivery of exceptional food services. Two goals: (1) establishing and maintain McDonald's reputation and (2) ensuring repeat business through customer loyalty.

  • Responsible for working & managing with the 1st assistant manager, General Manager and all shift managers
