The North America (NAMER) Collections Team is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target driven team located in Springfield, MO. The NAMER collections team supports the United States and Canada and is an exciting operation with tangible results that can easily be tied to our contributions to the overall company goals. We pride ourselves on creating dynamic partnerships with a variety of internal and external partners all while collaborating with our global team to innovate new processes, strategies, and procedures.

What you'll do:

  • Handle your own portfolio, prioritizing work as needed

  • Collaborate with the global team to innovate new strategies and procedures

  • Work with other departments to improve revenue collection

  • Utilize a variety of collection tools such as Side Trade, and other web-based programs

  • Provide feedback on Test and Learn projects, to help improve processes
