ManpowerGroup $500 Sign on bonus! Production associates in Saint Peters, Missouri
We are hiring manufacturing associates to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment and package finished home health goods for distribution. We have full time 12 hour day and night shifts available. $14.00-15.00 an hour, depending on shift. After 30 days worked, you would be eligible for a $250 bonus, and after 15 more days worked, you would be eligible for a second $250.
· Autonomously run relevant production and packaging equipment. Ensure appropriate minor maintenance is carried out where necessary on line, with focus on preventative rather than reactive.
· Ensure waste levels are minimized to achieve line targets
· Ensure that shift quality and line performance data is entered in a timely and accurate manner
· Occasional walking, constant standing, occasional bending and/or stooping, frequent reaching overhead
Operates and changes over manufacturing equipment as needed within the planned time.
Continuously evaluates manufacturing operations
Responsible for following plant safety procedures
Prior manufacturing related experience in fast paced environment preferred, but not required.
Must have the ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English
Ability to plan ahead and take initiative in resolving equipment, material, staffing problems on the lines.
Ability to lead safety improvements through personal commitment and procedures
Ability to problem solve and engage employees in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, bend or stoop, walk occasionally, and grasp items with hands
18+ years old
Willing to wear proper personal protective equipment
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
