Kforce Talent Acquisition Screener in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Screener in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities: * Assisting with the first steps of the recruiting process including: searching of applicants that have applied to open requisition , setting 1st phone screens with applicant and following screener questionnaire * Sending screener notes to TA Manager, assisting with setting up interviews for the TA manager to move on with next step of the process * Working and supporting 1-3 Talent Acquisition managers to assist with opening of requisitions in the areas of digital marketing, finance, Supply chain, and IT related roles * 6 months-1 year of HR/ recruiting/HR admin type work * Demonstrates the ability to multi task, communicate efficiently both written and verbal, and holds a strong degree of professionalism * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities * Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned * Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
