Assists Pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of medications, and maintenance of pharmacy records Demonstrates leadership abilities among assigned pharmacy work areas and responsibilities. Follows approved policies, procedures, and protocols, complies with regulatory standards while performing job responsibilities.Qualifications: * Education: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent Must type * Licensure: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 30 days after employment. * Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy is strongly preferred. Ability to work with a computer system is required. * Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician CPhT by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board PTCB required within one year from date of hire.
