Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Talent Acquistion Screener in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:
This role will be assisting with the first steps of the recruiting process including: searching of applicants that have applied to open requisition , setting 1st phone screens with applicant and following screener questionnaire
Sending screener notes to TA Manager, assisting with setting up interviews for the TA manager to move on with next step of the process
Working and supporting 1-3 Talent Acquisition managers to assist with opening of requisitions in the areas of digital marketing, finance, Supply chain, and IT related roles
6 months- 1 year of HR/ recruiting/ HR admin type work
Demonstrates the ability to multi task, communicate efficiently both written and verbal, and holds a strong degree of professionalism
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
