Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis, MO.Summary:This role is critical in driving a great customer experience. Act as a single source of contact for the customer, driving a high level of customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties:
Respond to customer needs by using provided reference materials to identify systems and products in order to provide proposals for replacement equipment
Process orders and provide follow up
Efficiently answer incoming emails and calls
Monitor backorders and live orders for timely processing
React and respond to changes
High School diploma or GED
Must be very detail oriented to ensure a positive customer experience
Must be able to build strategic relationships at various levels of external customer organizations as well as internally across various functions
Must be a team player
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
