Performs any or all of a variety of services directed toward the efficient and courteous processing of incoming telephone calls and company visitors. Operate multiple line telephone console or switchboard. Receive calls, transfer to called party or appropriate staff assistant.less thanbr> 2. Greets on-site visitors, determines nature of business provide directions as required, and notify host of visitor's arrival.less thanbr> 4.
