Provides mental health and substance abuse assessments for patients presenting to the emergency department, Intake department or other areas of the hospital; pre-certification of insurance, crisis intervention and referral to community resources. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, Company Service Standards and NASW Code of Ethics. And being the perfect fit for your role requires a specific set of qualifications that you'll bring with you: Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or mental health degree required.Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years behavioral health experience required.Other: Excellent oral, written and non-verbal communication skills required. Basic phone skills required. Must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
