Kforce HR Operations Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client in search of a HR Operations Specialist in Saint Louis, MO.Key Tasks:

  • Process all position and org structure changes - manager, cost center, titles, promotions, salary, etc.

  • Confirm master data accuracy for client group

  • Coordinate supplemental payments with payroll and relocation teams

  • Extend written offers and monitor status of contingency process

  • Conduct introductory call with new hires to summarize the onboarding process and answer offer related inquiries

  • Manage new hire onboarding experience and related communications

  • Partner with IT department for new hire account creation and IT needs

  • Conduct new hire benefits overview and direct employee queries

  • Meet with client regularly to review organizational structure changes, employee moves, and upcoming recruitment needs

  • Provide pay increase proposals based off internal guidelines

  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews with various levels of the organization

  • Conduct exit interviews and process employee offboarding

  • Provide ad hoc support and self-service guidance to HR-related inquiries (i.e. employment verification requests, compensation, benefits, vacation, etc.)

  • Support and monitor multiple immigration processes with Legal team (i.e. H1B, Lottery, Green Card processes)

  • Partner with Global Mobility to assess and submit STA/LTA requests

  • Partner with Global Rewards team to evaluate grading of new positions

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related preferred

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the Recruiting and/or Onboarding space

  • Broad HR process knowledge including talent management, rewards, and employee relations - as well as a general familiarity and curiosity for a wide range of HR policies, practices, and trends

  • Competency in Microsoft applications and HR related systems (SAP & Workday is a plus)

  • Analytical, Service Oriented & strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong communicator with strong influence skills & ability to build trusting relationships
