Customer Service Representative
Seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills for a call center in St. Louis with schedule flexibility. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity! Benefits and PTO available following 30 days of employment! Pay is increased to $15/hr after 120 days probationary/training period. There are additional career and wage advancement opportunities that can happen within the first year as well This is a full time position requiring some weekend and holiday availability and there is some overtime up for grabs as well! Though 1st shift hours can be a preference, they are not guaranteed. Excellent opportunity to start not only a job, but a new career with an excellent company.
Responsibilities
Triage incoming calls and learn to prioritize
Answer incoming calls and assist with department requests
Utilize multi-tasking skills to talk and type simultaneausly
Keep accurate documentation and records in company computer program
Must be able to type 35 WPM
Reliability
Show initiative and willingness to learn ** opportunities for advancement and pay increases!
This company operates 24/7. Though first shift hours will be considered, they are not a guarantee
