Kforce Administrative Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client in search of an Administrative Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.Duties: * Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed * Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials * Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence * Provides support to office assistants as assigned * Performs other responsibilities as assigned * High School diploma/GED * 2-5 years of experience within administration * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools - Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with documentation, scheduling, and office support * Great oral and written communication Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
