Robert Half OfficeTeam Perm is partnering with a growing company in St. Louis to fill a Office Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant position on a direct hire basis. The Office Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant will be answering all incoming lines for the plant, entering orders into the system, working with Operations Manager and Plant Manager to schedule production and be a liaison with the customer. The Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with troubleshoot any issues with deadlines, invoicing, work with vendors such as cleaning crew or contract employees to hit production timelines. This position does have frequent overtime. This position requires prior experience in manufacturing environment. The annual salary for the Office Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant will be up to 47K . Send your resume directly to Roseann Mabry at Robert Half.

Requirements - Well-founded grasp of Approved Invoices

  • Back office support experience

  • Multiple Vendors experience

  • Scheduling experience preferred

  • Proven knowledge of Purchase Orders

  • Manufactured Products experience preferred

  • Assist Customers experience

  • Ability to use the internet for research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

    • Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
