The Written Communications Specialist exercises discretion and judgement in managing all aspects of letters and strategies. We value our employees and are proud to offer:Business Casual AttirePaid Training ProgramComprehensive Insurance Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan and Tuition ReimbursementManagement Advancement OpportunitiesiResponsibilities:Manage all aspects of letter processes for print, email and fax lettersApprove any company letter or strategy changesMember of the Written Communications CommitteeManage relationship between CSI and letter vendorRegularly compare production letters generated with letter templates to identify any discrepancies, omissions or deviations from the letter templateMaintain letter version control documentation (copies of previous letter(s)), as well as master spreadsheet with corresponding informationManage to and maintain internal and external letter review complianceCoordinate with Process Owner for any client letter requirement related Change RequestsMake changes to letters within CUBS systemResponsible for securing Legal draft review and formal approvals on all letter changesPerform root cause analysis on identified letter issuesSubmit change request forms and act as Process Owner to address identified letter issuesRespond to Operational inquiries related to letter issues or strategiesDocument letter strategies by client codePerform and document letter auditsRespond to client requests for information related to letters or letters strategyPerform regular reviews of all letter strategies to ensure process is functioning appropriatelyParticipate in client audits by providing information to Client Relationship Managers related to letters and reviewsPerform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the businessQualifications:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelWorking knowledge of SharePoint and OnBase a plusEffective organizational skillsEffective project coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAssociates Degree or equivalent industry, or job-related experienceiClient Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employFor more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
