Window Nation, LLC Service Coordinator in Overland, Missouri

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Schedules service appointments with customers

  • Reviews new service requests for accuracy; contacts customers as appropriate

  • Opens new services and closes completed services

  • Manages service pipeline

  • Maintains Field Technicians service information/paperwork

  • Maintains communication with customers

  • Orders/tracks parts; receives and maintains parts

  • Receives and maintains Inventory of service parts

  • Resolves relevant customer issues as appropriate

  • Collects payments as necessary

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Position Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • 2+ year of similar administrative support experience; home improvement/construction industry experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
