Window Nation, LLC Scheduling Coordinator in Overland, Missouri

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Schedules installation appointments

  • Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks

  • Manages Installation pipeline

  • Manages installation paperwork

  • Maintains communication with customers

  • Receives and maintains inventory of orders

  • Resolves relevant customer resolution issues

  • Close installations in the CRM when verified complete

  • Collect payments/ submit funding for completed jobs

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Position Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • 2+ year of similar administrative support experience; home improvement/construction industry experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus

  • Customer-centric mindset

  • Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
