Senior Experience Partner
The Client Alignment team is looking for a Senior Experience Partner to plan and facilitate in-person and virtual experiences for business teams, clients and partners. In this position, you will recommend best practice engagement approaches by examining business plans and priorities, sales opportunities and trends across client or partner segments. You will manage internal and external communication streams across multiple engagements simultaneously. You will also execute the model of client engagement plan according to engagement type, venue, program and delivery model, develop engagement agendas, that align and prepare resources, and produce content and programming in partnership with internal teams. As a key member of the team you will oversee supporting materials and hospitality needs, analyze client feedback data and recommend improvements to internal constituents and collaborate across teams for effective execution of technology, marketing and client alignment programs. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, Management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 4 years of client management work experience
At least 1 year of general business, health care or other IT related business work experience
Experience developing and managing programs and/or events
Proven success in execution of sales support programs and/or engagements
Live in or willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
