Senior Compensation Consultant
The Senior Compensation Consultant will drive and support components of Cerner compensation strategy for our associate population. This role will partner with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders to design and deliver market and business relevant compensation programs that drive performance and business outcomes. The Senior Consultant will identify opportunities to improve existing programs and processes and develop and analyze innovative approaches to address unmet needs, providing consultation to influence decision making and knowledge sharing across the organization. The role will lead key initiatives for the overall compensation function and provide leadership and mentoring to others on the compensation team. Experience partnering with human resources and business leaders to drive outcomes and a strong base of core compensation competencies, including strong analytical skills, are key to success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 5 years of Human Resources work experience
- At least 3 years of compensation work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
