SUMMARY iPerform production jobs within team.i Complete labor reporting.i Perform SPC, monitor quality of parts.i Serve on task teams.i Strive for high degree of safety.i Submit suggestions for process improvement and elimination of waste.iESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES iPerform production jobs with team.i To include:iMolding i put extrudate into mold; place pellet in proper location (requires ability to withstand heat).Assembly i placing retainer with channel, glue on padsTrimming i continuously removing excess flash with scissorsCutting i cut extrudate for molding to required specificationsPacking i placing rubber channel into box for shipmentReflock i apply adhesive and flock as needed to extrudateBox making i stapling boxes together for packing; apply shipping labels to boxes.i Corrugated material 48i x 48i approximately.Inspecting i visual checks of all defects to product per customers standardCoating - Run coating system which includes managing robots, chemicals, quality check and tpm'sGeneral Housekeeping DutiesHiring for 2nd and 3rd shift2nd shift 2pm-10pm3rd shift 10pm-6amPerform other tasks as assigned by coach/management.i All operations require the ability to do steady continuous flow production (manual dexterity) and ability to identify quality defects (visual comparison) in a safety conscience environment.i Quality requires the job to be performed correctly the first time.i Efficiency requires a measured production ratio established by classical industrial engineering standards.QUALIFICATIONSi To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
