The JHA banking Project Management Team is currently looking for a new Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager manages the implementation, planning, execution, control, and closing of installation/implementation projects within a customer environment.
In this role, you will manage implementation projects within a customer environment from kickoff to close. This is a role that will allow you to gain additional hands-on experience managing multiple projects at a time. Once assigned to a project, our project managers work with other groups to build out a custom project plan. Project managers work with other teams as well as the clients to ensure all the key milestones are met. If you are a person that enjoys being organized, training clients, and making sure things stay on track this fast-paced position could be the role for you!
This role is only available in the Monett, MO or Springfield, MO office locations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of2years of Project Management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Good knowledge and skills in the following areas:
Completes successful product implementations that are on schedule and receive high customer satisfaction results.
Identifies and resolves issues.
Works with personnel resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Functions in and successfully manage demanding and stressful environments.
Applies project management life cycle processes and company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Manages multiple projects at a time.
Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.
Communication and customer interaction skills.
Project management skills.
Understanding of project management concepts and terms.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Project.
Coordinates and monitors field support projects from initiation through delivery.
Serves as a liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
Serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
Creates, updates and maintains all implementation calendars.
Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables
