Description & Requirements

The JHA banking Project Management Team is currently looking for a new Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager manages the implementation, planning, execution, control, and closing of installation/implementation projects within a customer environment.

In this role, you will manage implementation projects within a customer environment from kickoff to close. This is a role that will allow you to gain additional hands-on experience managing multiple projects at a time. Once assigned to a project, our project managers work with other groups to build out a custom project plan. Project managers work with other teams as well as the clients to ensure all the key milestones are met. If you are a person that enjoys being organized, training clients, and making sure things stay on track this fast-paced position could be the role for you!

This role is only available in the Monett, MO or Springfield, MO office locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum of2years of Project Management experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Works on moderately complex and diverse projects. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Good knowledge and skills in the following areas:

  • Completes successful product implementations that are on schedule and receive high customer satisfaction results.

  • Meets deadlines.

  • Identifies and resolves issues.

  • Works with personnel resources in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Functions in and successfully manage demanding and stressful environments.

  • Applies project management life cycle processes and company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

  • Manages multiple projects at a time.

  • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.

  • Communication and customer interaction skills.

  • Project management skills.

  • Understanding of project management concepts and terms.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinates and monitors field support projects from initiation through delivery.

  • Serves as a liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.

  • Serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.

  • Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.

  • Creates, updates and maintains all implementation calendars.

  • Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.

  • Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.

  • Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables
