Aerotek Customer Service Coordinator in Maryland Heights, Missouri

Description:

taking inbound calls. on average 60-70 calls a day. customers calling in may be asking them to look up an order, tracking shipments, process an order, looking up parts. Some of their big customers are Napa, Car Quest and Ozark (O'Reily). 98% of the callers will have part # and info will populate. Calls can be from actual store fronts or Mechanical Repair Shops.
