Your role at PFH:

As a Receptionist, you are responsible for providing clerical support in order to ensure efficient and effective operation. You will:

  • Act as primary switchboard operator by coordinate incoming calls and assisting callers in a pleasant and helpful manner.

  • Greet public in a pleasant and helpful manner maintaining professionalism.

  • Sort incoming mail and disperse to appropriate staff.

  • Send outgoing faxes and distribute incoming faxes in a timely manner.

  • Assist staff with typing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as requested.

  • Maintain order in lobby, copy room, and break room.

  • Demonstrates interest in long term and short term goals and objectives of the company.

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

  • High school diploma with courses in secretarial or business practices.

  • Skills with working with office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, printer, scanner, etc.)

  • Skills working with Microsoft Office applicatoins including, but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
