Aerotek URGENT QA Specialist Needed in Kansas City, Missouri
Description:
Performs quality clearance for rooms, equipment, ancillary parts for packaging process & granulation/blending
audits during the compression/encapsulation processes
inspects during the packaging processes & granulation/blending
Performs AQL as required to support the product quality
Assists in ensuring production area is always ready to be in state of inspection
batch record review during active processing to identify discrepancy or deviations
Notifies management with an discrepancy or deviations, and provides support to the investigation team
checks label issuance and label control activities
Provides support in final batch record review, laboratory COA review for raw material/finished product
calibration records review
Follows, monitors and enforces overall cGMP compliance requirements as specified in SOPs and batch records for weighing, packaging, and in process granulation
Assists with DEA activities, including ARCOS reporting YEI, YER and maintaining inventory

Must Haves:
Associates degree in Sciences, STRONGLY prefers BS degree in Sciences
2 years of experience in a pharma and/or biotech environment:
Performing quality clearance for rooms, equipment, and parts for packaging process & granulation/blending
inspecting packaging processes, compression/ encapsulation process, and granulation/blending
batch record review
-follows and enforces cGMP and FDA compliance
- Performs AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) as required to support quality
MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS EXP IN QUALITY IN PHARMA/BIOTECH.
