WHO WE ARE:
The Identity and Access Management team is part of Hallmark's Enterprise Information Security Department. It consists of a group of dedicated individuals who are responsible for defining Hallmark's identity and access management strategy, as well as its implementation and ongoing operations.
The IAM Security Analyst will be involved with the implementation and ongoing support of Hallmark's Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools. These include tools from SailPoint, BeyondTrust and Ping Identity. This position will require technical knowledge as well as good communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to provide technical support for the tools as well as work with the business users to gather requirements. They will also be involved in providing input for the broader identity and access management program at Hallmark.
This role is a progression role and will be filled at the appropriate level based on the hiring team's assessment of the selected candidate's skills and experience.

The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of professional work experience in an information security or information technology field.
Your resume will stand out if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical or business field.
Experience working with business users to gather requirements for large projects.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and define end-to-end processes.
Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, and Segregation of Duty (SOD),
Experience with at least one of the four applications listed below.
2+ years of experience in Active Directory administration, including experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO)
2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. Experience should include the implementation of out-of-the-box and custom connectors, developing work-flows, configuration, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
2+ years of experience with BeyondTrust PowerBroker Password Safe. Experience should include configuration, monitoring and reporting to ensure legitimate use of the tool.
2+ years of experience with Ping Identity tools. Experience should include configuring the Ping tool and connecting to target applications.
CISSP certification or certification in any of the above applications is a plus
