Senior Specialist, Training
Plans and executes training initiatives that improve individual results. Recommends or creates materials and appropriate delivery methods for programs on a variety of topics. Creates training reports and maintains training records. Uses needs assessment tools to identify performance gaps and uses evaluation methods to determine training effectiveness. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
Consults with business leaders regarding gaps between current and desired business results.
Recommends effective responses.
Develops programs and learning activities.
Implements comprehensive programs to achieve results.
Delivers training sessions.
As appropriate, reports results at the volume, satisfaction, learning and performance improvement levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
5 years business experience related to initiatives that improve individual results
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 year(s) experience designing, developing, and/or implementing training programs
