This position will be located in Kansas City, MO
Summary:
Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations
Develops, revises, and maintains divisional procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Coordinates activities with other organizations ensuring requirements are incorporated
Coordinates day-to-day system operations and resolves operating problems and errors
Provides training and guidance to others working on the reporting systems
Compiles, develops, coordinates, monitors, and maintains financial and budgeting reports
Provides varying degrees of computer system expertise and support
Serves on various committees and task forces as assigned
Collects verifies and inputs data to support administrative plant systems
Assist teams and management as necessary to accomplish division/department objectives
May perform other duties as required
Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to """"stop"""" work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. You Must Have:
U.S. citizenship in order to obtain and maintain U.S. Department of Energy ""Q"" level security clearance
Three (3) or more years of experience in training or general business operations
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field such as data processing, mathematics, a technical discipline, or two additional years of direct work experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree
